德阳天元重工股份有限公司创立于1994年，原为四川天元机械工程股份有限公司的全资子公司。为进一步实施公司的专业化发展战略，2015年4月，天元机械将索桥上部核心受力体系产品的制造、安装和服务等相关业务及有形、无形资产交由天元重工承袭并进行专业化独立发展。天元重工公司于2015年8月14日在新三板成功挂牌，2017年凭借良好的业绩进入了新三板创新层。
Founded in 1994, Deyang Tengen Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (THI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sichuan Tianyuan Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd.(STME)originally. In order to strengthen development strategy, the manufacturing, installation, service and other related business of upper critical loading components for cable bridge, as well as tangible and intangible assets from STME are handed over by THI for independent professional development in April 2015. THI had been listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on Aug.14.2015 and it entered the innovation layer of NEEQby sound performance in 2017.

Covering an area of over 140 mu, THI is the global leading
manufacture and service provider for critical loading components of cable bridge and is in charge of drafting standard for cable saddle and cable clamp with Ministry of Transport. It possesses the sole casting factory for cable clamp among the peers, considered as the sole professional manufacture and service provider in the field of critical loading components for cable bridge.

Over two decades since its establishment, THI adhers to the concept of "sustainable management, professional development", and concentrates on the professional development in the field of critical loading components for cable bridge with an annual capacity of 24000 tons of cable saddles, cable clamps and 3000 tons of bolt connectors and other anchorage system products, as well as an annual casting capacity of 4000 tons of high-quality clamps.
公司积极参与国内外市场竞争，截止2019年8月，公司承接了118座悬索桥的建设任务。其中主跨千米及以上项目22座，主跨600米以上项目40余座，海外项目8座，上部结构总包施工项目10多座，为国家交通项目的建设做出了积极的贡献。公司是国家高新技术企业，建有省级企业技术中心、市级工程技术研究中心和院士专家工作站，已取得了索桥核心受力部件领域的专利技术60多项，10余项创新成果获得政府奖励；公司拥有目前国内悬索桥索鞍加工能力最大的超大型数控镗铣床，是国内唯一具备加工制造600吨级索鞍能力的企业，完全具备主跨2000米以上特大跨度悬索桥所需的超级索鞍制作的加工能力；公司通过了欧盟标准EN1090钢结构体系认证，执行等级达到了该标准要求的最高级别EXC4，出口欧盟的产品均进行CE标识；公司10多名骨干焊工拥有欧美焊工资格证。
The company participates in the domestic and foreign market competitionactively. The company has undertaken the construction tasks for 118 suspension bridges by August 2019, among which, there are 22 bridges with a main span of over 1,000 meters, over 40 bridges with a main span of more than 600 meters, 8 overseas bridges and more than 10 bridges whose total package construction on superstructure is involved, which has made a positive contributions to the construction of national transportation projects. The company is a national high-tech enterprise with provincial enterprise technology center, municipal engineering technology research center as well as academician and expert workstation. It has obtained more than 60 patents in the field of critical loading components for cable bridges, and more than 10 innovative achievements have been awarded by the government. The company possesses the largest CNC boring and milling machine with the maximum machining capacity of cable saddles for suspension bridges in China. It is the only enterprise that owns the capacity to manufacture 600 tons of cable saddles in China, and can provide super-large cable saddle for large-span suspension bridge with a main span of over 2000 meters. It has been certified by Euro Standard EN1090 Steel Structure System, the execution level reached the top one EXC4 and it has obtained CE authentication exporting products to European Union. More than 10 welders of the company have possessed European and American welders certificates.
